Blending-Tank Tender Duties: Tends equipment to blend citrus fruit juices: Opens valves to permit juices to flow from extractor machines to holding tanks. Fills blending tanks with required amounts of specified juices. Turns on mechanical agitators in blending tanks to mix contents, and pumps mixture to deoiling and pasteurizing machines.
